There are two different types of offers: ‘show and save’ offers, and 'web', and the redemption process is slightly different for each.

'Show and save' offers (smartphone only)

These give you instant deals at point of purchase. Typical categories include participating restaurants and takeaway outlets, but there are others too.

You'll need to log in on your smartphone first and then follow these 4 steps:

1. Enter a search or choose category

2. Browse list or press 'map' to see what's near you. Select offer

3. When in store, press 'ready to redeem'

4. Press 'redeem now', and show Frequent Values™ logo to staff

Web offers (smartphone and desktop)

These deals are completed online and may involve clicking though to a third party website. Typical categories include movie tickets, accommodation, car hire and more.

Start by logging into either your smartphone or desktop and then follow these 3 steps:

1. Enter a search or choose category

2. Browse list or press 'map' to see what's near you. Select Offer

3. Follow prompts to buy online
