2. Who is Frequent Values™?
Frequent Values™ is the team who facilitate the Insuranceline Rewards program.

3. Who do I contact if I have a question regarding the Insuranceline Rewards offers?

4. Can I access Insuranceline Rewards on my desktop and smartphone?
Yes, we recommend using your smartphone to access the ‘show and save’ instant deals at participating restaurants, takeaway outlets and more (not available on desktop).

5. What types of offers are inside Insuranceline Rewards?
There are two types of offers:
  • Show and save: these are redeemed at point of sale for an instant benefit. You must be logged in on your smartphone and show sales staff the offer redemption screen with spinning Frequent Values™ logo. You cannot redeem this offer on desktop.
  • Web offers: These deals are available on mobile and desktop, and may require you to click through and complete the purchase online on a third party’s website.
6. A supplier did not honor my offer – how can I give you feedback?

7. How do I change my password? / I forgot my password
Here’s how to reset your password:

  • Then check your inbox, open the reset password email and follow the prompts.

8. What happens if I don’t activate my login by 23:59pm 23 June 2019?
All logins issued under Insuranceline Rewards will expire at 23.59pm on 23 June 2019, if not activated beforehand.
To activate your login do the following:
  1. Click ‘Log in’
  2. Enter your username: the email address of the Policy Owner
  3. Enter your temporary password: the post code of the Policy Owner
  4. Follow the prompts to set your own password and then start browsing
